A Community at Play

If you live in Fayette County, chances are you know several of the kids set to perform this weekend in Fayette County Community Theatre’s play. Dozens of kids from ages five to 17 from all over the county and beyond will be part of the double feature of the prologue “Narnia Storybook” followed by “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.”

The plays will be Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. at the La Grange Performing Arts Center. Tickets are available ay faycotheatre.com, at their box office at 120 S. Washington St. and at the door if not sold out. This is the fourth consecutive student production with more than 50 students. This is the first time Fayette County Community Theatre has offered two plays to accommodate the number of interested students.
