The Open House at Zilss Hall was attended by a nice crowd to view the new kitchen recently installed in the community building. Thanks were given to Michele and Michael Weth who constructed the custom-made cabinets. Dinah Breeden, Vice Chairman of the organization, announced that additional improvements are being planned. Recently, Richard Schafer and Travis Odom, WACA members, worked with the local Master Gardeners to place planters and plants on the porch of the hall. Altman’s of Giddings helped with the project also.
