City Manager Negotiations Continue

Contact negotiations continue between the City of La Grange and David Harris, the lone finalist for the vacant City Manager position.

Interim City Manager Frank Menefee told the Record on Monday, Dec. 20, that the City and Harris had not yet reached a deal. However, Menefee said he was optimistic that the parties would reach an agreement in the next week. The City had initially offered Harris a starting annual salary of $130,000, which was on the lower end of the pay range that Council approved for the position.
