Illness in Area

It is winter and that does mean that many in the area are ill. The flu, RSV and other nasty bugs are making their rounds among those in our little community. Be sure and check on your elderly neighbors and be sure they are OK and are not in need of a little help.

Snow in Muldoon

Muldoon felt the blast of the arctic front when not only did the temperatures drop, but so did a lot of snow. An estimated two inches fell in spots. It was a winter wonderland all around the area. Snow and some sleet fell from the skies covering the ground in white. The area roadways were covered in snow and sleet making moving around challenging.

The cold temps dropped into the teens for a few nights and day temps barely got above freezing, thus holding the cold perception around for a day or two. Even on Wednesday when the sun came out and the temperature went to around 50 degrees there were still snowy patches on roofs and in shady areas.
