Chris Jernigan is Running For La Grange City Council

My name is Chris Jernigan. I previously served as Councilman for Ward 4 for the City of La Grange. In the upcoming election I am asking for your vote. I would like to thank the people in Ward 4 for their support in the past election. I have always heard every vote counts. The last election was a close call and I encourage voters to get out to the polls. A little about myself without the ramble: I am a proud military veteran. I am a proud father and husband and I’m devoted to my beautiful family. I am a property owner and taxpayer. There are many organizational committees I’ve been involved in over the years. At the present and future my attention is and will be focused on being the best representative for Ward 4, if elected. I will continue to push to get flood victims updates on any progress with projects that could correct this issue we are facing. Transparency of Council - live streaming of meetings for the ones that can’t attend. Push for Code enforcement for City Ordinances. During the one year of my previous Council service, I brought numerous questions to Council that citizens from Ward 4 had approached me about. I will continue to raise awareness to the board on issues that impact Ward 4 and for the City of La Grange. I pledge to work with other council members and Mayor Dockery for the betterment of our community.
