Big Turnout for VBS at Fayetteville’s St. John

Vacation Bible School recently took place at St. John the Baptist Parish in Fayetteville, July 15-19. The theme was “Come to the Table.” The children explored five stories about Jesus from the Gospels of Luke and John. These stories show Jesus eating with unexpected people, providing food for a crowd, demonstrating humility and extending welcome and forgiveness. There were 64 children who participated and 70 volunteers.
