New Venue in Fayetteville

The building next to Huntington Bank currently being remodeled by Josh Vitek, has been purchased by Fayetteville resident Håkan Rosengren.

While the specific purpose hasn’t been confirmed, it will potentially serve as a venue for music events. Rosengren—an international clarinet soloist, recitalist, chamber musician, and recording artist—founded Fayetteville Chamber Music in 2006.

ARTS New Gallery

The community is invited to experience “Faces & Places,” an exciting new exhibit at ARTS Ross Gallery running through June 6. The solo exhibition showcases acrylic, oil, and mixed-media by artist and Fayetteville resident Mike Clann. Visitors may recognize many local landmarks and familiar faces.

As a co-founder of ARTS back in 2003 alongside Jeanette Brown and Terry Ross, Clann helped launch the organization to address the lack of art education in rural schools. The team was driven by the belief that children in rural communities deserve access to visual and performing arts.

Clann is continuing to champion that mission by graciously donating 100% of all sales back to ARTS.
