The Honorable Fayette County District Attorney Peggy Supak visited with the American Legion Post No. 102 and the American Legion Auxiliary on July 10, 2024. She gave an interesting overview of the duties her office performs for the county. American Legion Auxiliary Unit No. 102 installed their newly elected Officers for 2024/2025 during their July meeting. Each will begin duties officially in August. Auxiliary Officers shown from left to right: Mary Battle, President; Phyllis Chavarria, Vice President; Stacy Ryza, Secretary/Treasurer; Jennifer Sanders, Chaplain; Annie Cook, Sergeant at Arms; and Lorie S. Winkler, Historian. The American Legion Auxiliary welcomes veteran spouses, children, parents, and grandparents to join.
