All-Region Jazz Band

On Saturday, Sept. 21, seven La Grange HS band members traveled to Taylor HS to audition for the ATSSB All-Region Jazz Band. Those students included (in the picture from left to right) Kevin Karstedt, Lauren Rusek, Jacob Estrada, Grayson Owens, Kharma Sneed, and not pictured, Travis Hill and Gerardo Gomez. Of the seven, two students earned spots in the band. Congratulations to Lauren Rusek, freshman trumpet player, and Grayson Owens, junior trombone player, on earning their place in this elite jazz band.
