FAYETTE COUNTY ADOPTABLE

Choco, left, is two-and-a-half-year-old Labrador mix. He has a very laid-back personality and is very friendly. He has been here since February and is awaiting his freedom ride.

Freckles, right, is a three-year-old pointer mix. He is a large boy who doesn’t know his own size sometimes. He would love an active family with some older kids. He is dog friendly and keeps his kennel clean. Freckles came to us in January!

HOURS:

• Visit the shelter at 240 Svoboda Lane and adopt animals on Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The shelter is closed on Monday. The animal shelter will not accept surrendered animals on Saturdays.

The animal shelter is in need of puppy chow, kitten chow, dog and cat food, paper towels, candles, Pine Sol, and Lysol.
