FAYETTE COUNTY ADOPTABLE

Herman (Pointer mix, left) and Elizabeth (bully, right) are our 2 shelter dogs who have been unsuccessful at socializing with other dogs. They have been here for months and are desperate to fi nd homes of their own. Both are about 2 years old and fully vetted. They are people friendly and would make great companions to active homes without other pets. If either of these dogs would fi t into your lifestyle, please consider visiting them at the shelter

• Visit the shelter at 240 Svoboda Lane and adopt animals on Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The shelter is closed on Monday. The animal shelter will not accept surrendered animals on Saturdays
