FAYETTE COUNTY ADOPTABLE

Fern, left, is a sweet Siamese mix. She was caught in a trap, by animal control, here in La Grange. She was microchipped to a person who had adopted her from here a year ago. We have been unable to reach her owner. She is shy and wants to find a forever home.

Pup Pup is a female Plott Hound mix. She is about 6 months old and is very sweet. She is currently in a foster home because the shelter is at maximum capacity. Please let us know if we can set up a meet and greet with her, for you, at the shelter.

• Visit the shelter at 240 Svoboda Lane and adopt animals on Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The shelter is closed on Monday. The animal shelter will not accept surrendered animals on Saturdays.

The animal shelter is in need of puppy chow, kitten chow, dog and cat food, paper towels, candles, Pine Sol, and Lysol.
