4-H Competes in San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo Food Challenge
Fayette County 4-H members competed in the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo Food Challenge Contest on Thursday, Feb. 6.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Simmer Down, placed 1st in the Junior Side Dish Category and advanced to the Final Round. In the Final Round, they were named the Reserve Champion Junior Team. Team members consist of Tatum Fritsch, Ally Kibby, and Sawyer Mau.
The Fayette County Senior Team, 3 Girls in Chef Coats, placed 2nd in the Senior Healthy Dessert Category. Team members consist of Eleanor Carey, Elena Supak, and Tori Newton.
The Fayette County Senior Team, Shaker Bakers, placed 3rd in the Senior Main Dish Category. Team members consist of Kandon Kaspar, Scotti Beseda, MacKayla Griffin and Hailey Janish.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Creative Cooks Jr, placed 2nd in the Junior Main Dish Category. Team members consist of Charli Hadaway, MaeBess Huette, and Taylyn Newton.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Beefmasters, placed 3rd in the Junior Healthy Dessert Category. Team members consist of Kaylyn Beseda, Emory Malota, Kloey Noska, and Tate Fritsch.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Cooking Crayons, competed in the Junior Main Dish Category. Team members consist of Kennedy Kaspar, Addi Muphy, Carlie Finke, and Creed Kulhanek.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Turnip the Beet, competed in the Junior Side Dish Category. Team members consist of Haddie Krebs, Harper Malota, Brady Noska, and Canaan Beseda.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Kucumber Kids, competed in the Junior Appetizer Category. Team members consist of Langley Murphy, Helen Streiff, McKenna Zarosky, and Cash O’Neal.
The Fayette County Junior Team, Slice N Dice, competed in the Junior Appetizer Category. Team members consist of Lydia Beseda, Ainsley Murphy, Raelynn Beseda, and Henley Sodek.
