Shelter Update

As of April 25, the total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter for 2025 is 498: 254 dogs and 244 cats in need. There are 102 animals in care: 54 dogs and 48 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to a rescue partner.
