Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $3,000 to the Winchester Area Civic Association (WACA). Monies donated will be used to fund “Safety First” which includes an Automated External Defibrillator machine, a Carbon Dioxide Detector, and a First Aid Kit. The mission of the Association is to improve the quality of life for all citizens in the area; to promote a clean environment; to preserve the historical significance of the Winchester area; to promote the economic well-being of all citizens; to stand ready to provide services to its membership; and to maintain and assume responsibility for the rental of Zilss Hall.
