NOTICE TOALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMSAGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL DAVID POLASEK, DECEASED Notice is here given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Michael David Polasek, Deceased, were issued on July 11, 2023, under Docket No. 13053, pending in the County Court of Fayette County, Texas, to Dana Lynn Polasek, Independent Executrix.
