LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Fayette Savings Bank, ssb with the main office located at 111 East Travis Street in La Grange, Texas has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for opening a new branch location at 212 West Fayette Street in Fayetteville, Texas 78940.

Any person wishing to comment on this application is encouraged to submit comments through the FDIC’s website at https://cra.fdic.gov/. Alternatively, comments may be filed in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office at 600 North Pearl Street, Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75201. Comments must be submitted by December 27, 2025. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
