Little Lending Library in Muldoon to Receive New Books
Little Lending Library

Out and About
Kathy and Frank Chlumsky enjoyed having both their daughters, Jennifer and Summer, come for the day on Mother’s Day with their families. Frank grilled some burgers for lunch. The grandkids, Connor, Hunter, Olivia and Marcus, enjoyed the outdoors and played with the dogs. They also picked lots of vegetables, fed the donkeys, horses and cows. It was a nice day having them all together.
Lane Rightmer came in from Waco for Mother’s Day weekend to spend it with her mom, Jennifer Rightmer, and dad Clay. She also got to visit with her grandparents Billie and Harrell Rightmer, and wish Billie a Happy Mother’s Day, too.
Devon Boehnke along with Dana and Darrell Kulak, and Erica Field traveled to Magnolia to Devon’s oldest daughter Beth Field’s home to celebrate Mother’s Day. They got to enjoy visiting and catching up with lots of the family and just enjoy a day out.
School Out for Summer
It is getting to be that time of year again when school lets out. While the buses might not be traveling through the area, the kids they carry will be home full time now. Please be aware that they might be out and about. Slow down and be aware of everything from people to bicycles and motorcycles that might be traveling in the area.
Illness
There are some in the area who are sick. Be sure and check in with your neighbors, especially the elderly to make sure they are OK and have not gotten ill. Muldoon is a small community and we have to pull together to make sure everyone is OK. And it never hurts to slow down and catch up with your neighbors.
Hogs
Hogs are once again making their way through the area. They not only are getting hit on the roads, they are also continuing to do damage to fields. Be aware as you are traveling in the area and on your property. Have News?
