The changes mostly relate to bars, restaurants, rafting and tubing businesses and outdoor gatherings of 100 people or more. The Governor’s primary reason for issuing this order was the most recent increase in the spread of COVID-19 throughout the state. The rise in cases appears to be largely driven by certain types of activities which are specifically alluded to in his order. I will not go into the details of the Governor’s order as it is extremely clear and available for all on numerous media sites throughout the state.
