The Schulenburg softball team will begin the playoffs with a best-of-three series against Charlotte. All games are at Marion High School. Game 1 is Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Game 2 is Friday at 8 p.m. and if necessary, a Game 3 would be Saturday at noon.

Here are the Round Top-Carmine Regional Golf Results from April 16-17. The Cubettes had one golfer qualify for State as an individual medalist, Angelica LeBouef, and she will be competing at the State Tournament on May 6-7.

The Fayetteville baseball team beat Round Top-Carmine in a doubleheader Thursday by scores of 12-1 and 12-0. In the 12-1 victory, Kole Schmitt and Jack Schley combined to pitch a one-hitter with Schmitt going four of the five innings, allowing no hits and striking out 10.

Due to inclement weather, running finals and remaining field events at the Region III-4A track meet in which La Grange was involved in at Bullard were pushed back from Saturday to Monday, April 22 beginning at noon.
