The number of coronavirus cases in Fayette County was 16 as of Sunday, May 3. That’s up one from a week ago.
Nine of those have recovered from the COVID-19 disease and six people remain ill, according to the latest figures from the Fayette County Office of Emergency Management.
The new case came from Precinct 3, the Flatonia area.
