Farmers Market Returns to Winchester March 9

The first Farmer’s Market for 2024 will be held March 9 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Zilss Hall in Winchester. Vendors may sign up on site for a $10 fee. Several individuals will be having garage sales in the community also. Please stop by.

Animal Shelter Update

As of Feb. 16, the total intake for the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter is 170: 99 dogs and 71 cats in need. As of Feb. 16, the shelter has 88 animals in care: 53 dogs/35 cats.
