Fayetteville Starting Five Are Newest County Athletes of the Week

Lady Bulldogs Win 15-0

The Flatonia softball team bashed Bloomington 15-0 Tuesday night. Jalee Trussell pitched a complete game two-hitter with seven strikeouts and she also had four hits herself. Katie Templeton drove in four runs and has two hits. Sadie Noska, Emma Klozik, Dallynn Bishop and Kara Croyle also had multi-hit games for the Flatonia girls.

AMEN Serves Over 300 Families in February

The AMEN Food Pantry continued to be very busy in the month of February. A total of 333 families were served for the month for a total of 961 individuals. A total of 173 volunteers for 580 hours served the pantry. A total of 8,894 pounds of food were donated.
