Leps Soccer Sweeps Cameron

The Leopards took on the Cameron Yoemen Tuesday night at Leopard Stadium, winning 2-1. The Leps took control early, winning the passing battle and field position battle.

LG Swim Relay 13th at State

The Lady Leps 200 Medley Relay team placed 13th at the state meet Friday in San Antonio, swimming a time of 2:11.05 in the finals. The members of that relay, shown above, left to right, are Eleanor Carey, Elana Supak, Adysen Janacek and Lyria Hartley.

La Grange Powerlifters Shine at the Rice Meet

The La Grange powerlifting team put up some impressive numbers at the Rice Consolidated meet last week. “Our lifters showed incredible strength and determination on the platform,” said La Grange coach Charles Otto.

LHS Soccer Piling Up the Victories

The La Grange boys soccer team won both their games last week, beating Smithville 6-1 on the road Tuesday and then winning 4-2 Friday at Taylor. Against Smithville Jeffrey Cabrera had a hat trick (three goals) and Raul Mancera, Aaron Torres, and Aldo Hernandez all scored a goal a piece.

LG Softball Improves Its Record to 3-2

The La Grange softball team won three of its four games at the Brenham Leadoff Classic over the weekend: Porter 10, La Grange 5 La Grange 2, La Porte 1 La Grange 5, Tuloso Midway 3 La Grange 9, Harlan 3 The Lady Leps are now 3-2 overall and play vs. Brazos Christian Tuesday.
