Weimar Beats Flatonia 21-7

The Flatonia football team lost to Weimar Friday 21-7.

The Bulldogs fell to 5-4 overall and 2-3 in district with the loss. Weimar improved to 4-1 in district with the win.

Flatonia now must win their final game of the season at Schulenburg to have a shot at the postseason.

Zayden Perez scored the Bulldog’s only touchdown of the night on a pass from Jaylon Anderson.

Jaylon Anderson completed 12 of his 15 passes for 91 yards.

Zayden Perez caught 11 of those passes for 83 yards and Sean McKim had one reception for eight yards.

Adrian Anderson led the Bulldogs in rushing with 12 carries for 56 yards.

Jose Garcia snagged an interception for the Bulldogs. Jaylon Anderson, Kevin Ramirez and Lukas Gutierrez all had 13 tackles for the Bulldogs.
