The La Grange volleyball team defeated Smithville 2522, 25-16, 24-26, 25-20 to improve to 22-14 overall and 3-1 in district.
The Lady Leps host Caldwell Tuesday at 6 p.m. in a battle of the two teams tied for second in District 22-4A.

Fayetteville
The Fayetteville volleyball team defeated Snook Saturday 25-12, 25-16, 22-25, 25-21 as the Lady Lions improved to 22-11 overall.
Schulenburg
The Schulenburg volleyball team lost to Weimar Friday in four sets, 25-22, 23-25, 22-25, 14-25.
The loss drops the Lady Horns to 25-13 overall and 3-1 in district.
Landry Zapalac had 39 assists and 15 digs in that match.
Haylee Vacek had 16 kills. Reagan Dusek and Clara Magliolo each had eight kills.
Jenna Guentert had 26 digs. Miranda Bonner had 11 digs.
Flatonia
The Flatonia volleyball team defeated Louise Friday 27-25, 25-12, 25-14. The victory improves the Lady Bulldogs to 18-19 overall and 3-1 in district.
Kat Sullivan had 18 kills and Summer Sodek added eight. Sullivan also led in digs with 19 and Sodek had 18. Sodek had a team-high 19 assists and also led in aces with three.
RTC
The Round Top-Carmine volleyball team lost to Providence Classical Friday 16-25, 12-25, 24-26. The Cubettes fell to 9-23-1 overall with the loss.
Madison Markwardt had 14 digs and 15 assists in that match. Bree Dooley had 14 digs. Reagan Williams had 11 digs and Makayla Smith had nine.
