Flatonia Beats Hallettsville in 5

The Flatonia volleyball team defeated Hallettsville in five sets Tuesday 18-25, 25-17, 25-17, 21-25, 27-15.

Flatonia stat leaders were: Aces: Summer Sodek - 3, Kat Sullivan - 2, Abbie Uzzell - 2, Eliana Herrera - 1; Assists: Summer Sodek - 24, Abbie Uzzell - 5, Brynlee Zimmerman - 3, Digs: Kat Sullivan - 12, Brynlee Zimmerman - 12, Emma Kosler - 10, Summer Sodek - 9, Abbie Uzzell - 9 Kills: Kat Sullivan - 14, Emma Kosler - 12, Abbie Uzzell - 6.

Fayetteville Sweeps

Manor New Tech

The Fayetteville volleyball team defeated Manor New Tech Tuesday 25-14, 26-16, 25-14 as the Lady Lions improved their record to 17-8 overall.

Lainey Gromaski led Fayeteville in kills with nine, Cambree Denham had eight, and Aubree Graeter and Maycee Miller each had four.

Scotti Beseda had seven aces and Emily Keilers had six.

Devynn Moeckel had 11 digs. Gromaski had seven. Raelee Denham, Emily Keilers, and Aubrey Muzny each had six.

Beseda had 24 assists.

Schulenburg Defeats

Round Top-Carmine

The Schulenburg volleyball team went to Carmine and beat Round Top-Carmine 26-24, 22-25, 25-21, 25-16 Tuesday.

The Lady Horns improved to 18-11 with the victory and RTC falls to 6-14.

Bree Dooley had 10 kills and 14 digs for RTC. Madison Markwardt had 7 kills and 26 assists. Rebekah Sacks had 13 digs and Avery Nelius had 11 digs. Morgan Nelius and Hayden Kasmiersky each had six kills.

La Grange Beats Jarrell

The La Grange volleyball team went to Jarrell Tuesday and won 22-25, 25-17, 25-22, 26-24. The victory improves the Lady Leps record to 16-11 overall.

The La Grange varsity hosts Sealy Friday at 5 p.m.

Carley Ulrich led the Lady Leps in digs with 15 and Brion Williams had 13.

Williams had four blocks. Ulrich led in digs with 13, Haedyn Cooper had 11 digs and Kylie Trlicek had 11. Trlicek had three aces. Williams and Kyla Colon had two kills each.
