Trio of Leps Make Semifinals at District Tennis

La Grange’s district tennis tournament concluded this week in Caldwell.

Junior Marissa Muras (Girls Singles) and Juniors Eleanor Carey/Ella Nygren (Girls Doubles) advanced to the semi-finals on Tuesday but both lost to finish 4th in their respective divisions.

“We have a very young team (mostly sophomores and freshmen, no seniors) and the vast majority of players were in their first year on varsity, so this was a great experience for them and hopefully will continue their development,” said La Grange tennis coach Chris Westall.
