Tiebreaker Doesn’t Break Tie, Two Win

Out of 106 entries in last week’s reader football pick-it contest, three folks predicted all 10 games correctly – Jason Vela, Brian Cox and Brock Gardiner. But in a first for our contest, even the score prediction tiebreaker didn’t break the tie. Cox predicted a 31-28 Cowboys win (19 points away from the actual final of 44-22). Gardiner predicted a 41-38 Cowboys win (also 19 points away from the actual final) and Vela predicted a 37-35 Dallas win (20 points away). So we’re going to split the $300 prize between Gardiner and Cox. We will try to get photos of them for Friday’s paper. This week the prize is back to $100. Good luck!
