Schulenburg Opens Its Cross Country Season

The Schulenburg Horns and Lady Horn opened the cross country season last week at El Campo.

Ellie Hammack finished 2nd in the JV Girls division. The Varsity Boys were led by Victor Mandujano 21:37, Adam Schramek 26:25, and LJ Shindler 26:15. The JV Boys top finisher was Carlos Flores at 30:17. The Horns host the Schulenburg CC Meet at the City Sports Complex this Thursday starting at 5:00. Race schedule will be a rolling start with race order being VG, VB, JVG, JVB, JR High Boys and JR High Girls.
