Schulenburg Boys Win Playoff Opener

The Schulenburg boys won a nail-biter 61-57 over Rosebud-Lott and now advance to face Hearne in the second round at 6:30 p.m. Friday in Navasota.

The Shorthorns are now 24-9 overall and Hearne is 27-7. Shorthorn head coach Richard Hoogendoorn now has 898 all-time victories as a boys head coach.
