Nine Readers Go 10-0 in Contest, but Leer Prevails in Tiebreaker to Win $100

We had an amazing nine readers submit perfect ballots in last week’s football pick it contest.

Dan Leer, Steven Gilbreath, Randy Heger, Brock Gardiner, Clarence W. Hoffman, Randy Gardiner, Brian Cox, Gerald Tieken and Mark Novak all correctly guessed the outcome of all 10 of our games last week.

But few predicted the offensive slugfest that was our score prediction tiebreaker between La Grange and Giddings. The Leps won 66-42.

Leer wins the $100 pot by predicting a 48-24 Leps win. Steven Gilbreath was second, guessing a 48-20 Leps win.
