Loehr and Cox Split the Pot

Amazingly, for the second week in a row, we have a tie in our reader pick it contest, even after accounting for the tiebreaker.

Five people in all correctly picked the outcome of all 10 of our games last week – Albert Loehr, Brian Cox, David Cooper, Mark Novak and Sandra Weyand. But in the La Grange/Caldwell score prediction tiebreaker Loehr and Cox were each 14 points away from the actual 48-27 final score to split the prize. Loehr predicted a 41-34 Leps win. Cox predicted a 42-35 Leps win. This was Cox’s second week in a row to split the pot. Cooper was 15 points away, Novak 16 away and Weyand 19 away.

We will try to get a photo of both Loehr and Cox with their $50 winnings to run in Friday’s edition of the paper.
