The Schulenburg volleyball team defeated Snook Monday in Fayetteville 25-12, 25-11, 25-8 in a 2A volleyball area round playoff match.

The Lady Horns improved to 33-14 overall with the victory. The Schulenburg girls now advance to play Johnson City (34-10) Thursday Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at Seguin ISD’s Goldie Harris Gym.

The winner of this match advances to face the winner of the Flatonia/Refugio regional quarterfinal.
