Gillie Wins $100 in Football Contest

We had three readers predict all 10 football games right in last week’s contest – Jennifer Matocha Gillie, Randy Gardiner and Bo Janda.

But it was Gillie who wins the $100 pot on the score prediction tiebreaker. She predicted a 35-21 Schulenburg win over Flatonia (28 points off from the actual 21-7 score). Gardiner predicted a 44-14 Shorthorns win (30 points off) and Janda predicted a 56-42 ‘Horns win. We will try to get a picture of Gillie accepting her prize for Friday’s newspaper.
