The Flatonia girls basketball team won their regional semifinal Monday 72-43 over Refugio, led by a 31-point, 22-rebound night from Summer Sodek.
Kalen Scott scored 16, Abbie Uzzell nine, Jalee Trussell eight, Dani Vinklarek four and Kennedy Dornak four. Sodek had eight assists and seven steals. Uzell grabbed 11 rebounds.
The Lady Bulldogs (now 35-3) advance to face Mason (38-1) in the regional finals Thursday Feb. 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Georgetown High School.
