Flatonia Girls Complete 12-0 Run Through District Play

The Flatonia girls basketball team completed their dominant run through the regular season Tuesday with a 72-17 win over Ganado.

The Lady Bulldogs are now 31-3 overall and their 12-0 mark in district wins them the 28-2A title.

Summer Sodek had a triple-double with 25 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Kalen Scott scored 14, Abbie Uzzell scored 12, Dani Vinklarek 10, Kennedy Dornak seven and Jalee Trussell four.

The first round of the playoffs will begin next week for the Lady Bulldogs, details still to be determined.
