Food Drive to Benefit AMEN Pantry Runs Feb. 6-27 in Round Top

Round Top Lion’s Club is partnering with the Round Top Family Library Junior Master Gardener program to hold a food drive for AMEN Food Pantry. The drive will run from Feb. 6-27. Collection boxes for donations of non-perishable food items can be found at the Round Top Coffee Shop, Round Top State Bank in Round Top, Lulu’s, J.W.’s Steakhouse in Carmine, and the Round Top Family Library. The Round Top community is being asked to please participate and give generously.

The 2026 Schulenburg Junior Livestock Show took place January 22-24. Grand and reserve champion winners in the market division were pictured in last Friday’s paper. Pictured below are additional winners and award recipients. Total proceeds from the premium sale amounted to $420,758.25.
