Turtle Wing Foundation families recently gathered for a day of fall fun at the Rocky Creek Corn Maze and 4E Dairy in Moulton. The outing offered children and parents a chance to explore the farm and corn maze, race rubber duckies with an antique water pump, zip down a giant hay slide, fire the corn cannon, feed friendly farm animals, and enjoy tractor train rides through the countryside.

These family events, part of Turtle Wing’s Parent Support Network, are designed to bring together local families raising children with special needs. By connecting families through shared experiences, Turtle Wing fosters community, friendship, and awareness while introducing families to fun and inclusive local venues and activities. The next Turtle Wing family events are just around the corner.

Everyone is invited to “Wrapped in a Story” featuring the Colorado Valley Quilt Guild’s Storied Quilts at Turtle Wing’s Jack’s Gallery located at 1203 Kessler Ave. in Schulenburg opening on Sunday, Nov. 30, from 3-5 p.m.

Turtle Wing families are invited to RSVP for a holiday trip to Festival Hill in Round Top to see The Children’s Nutcracker Ballet on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 4-6 p.m.
