Second Chance Donates $15,000 to Fund Art After School Program

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $15,000 to Arts for Rural Texas (ARTS). Monies donated will be used to fund “Art After School” for Fayette County children grades one through six. The mission of the organization is to enrich lives through art and art education with an emphasis on providing opportunities for children.
