The Round Top Film Festival Gears Up for Second Year; Submission Deadline Nears

Round Top Film Festival, fresh off a successful and well-received first iteration in November of last year, is returning November 6-9 for its second act. Organizers Shanna and Skylar Schanen, the dynamic mother-daughter duo, are laying the groundwork for RTFF year two as we speak and have big things in store as they seek to elevate the films, guests, panels, and parties to continue to grow RTFF and establish it as one of the top annual film festivals.

Currently, the festival is taking submissions now through August 25 for those looking to have their projects considered to be part of the festival. Films will be considered in the categories of Narrative Feature, Documentary Feature, Comedy Short, Drama Short, Documentary Short, and – a brand new category for 2025 – Episodic (60 minutes and under).
