Realtor of the Year Awards Announced

The South Central Board of Realtors is proud to announce the following member awards. The 2025 Realtor of the Year is Julia Wellmann, Shane Nelson accepted for Bluebonnet Abstract & Title, LLC as the 2025 Affi liate of the Year and Hannah Garcia was named 2025 Newcomer of the Year.
