The 2025 Keyholder Award Winners
The winner of the Annette Citzler Visionary Leadership Award was Josh Vandever
“Josh’s leadership has been instrumental in securing resources to strengthen EMS services across the county. He also played a vital role in reopening St. Mark’s Hospital. Josh is a council member of the Red Door Fund and he continues to advocate for mental health in his community and beyond.”
This award was established in honor of Greater Fayette Community Foundation’s founder Annette Citzler. This award celebrates the spirit of bold vision and unwavering commitment to community.

The winner of the Beeman Family Community Partner Award was Prime Products
“Led by Elgin and Elyse Kristinik, Prime Products exemplifies what it means to be a true community partner. From donating auction items to attending fundraisers and creating a scholarship for workforce development, they show up with generosity, consistency, and heart. Their hands-on support strengthens local nonprofits and inspires others to give back.”
This award is named in honor of the Beeman Family and recognizes the vital role that local businesses and civic groups play in uplifting the nonprofit sector.

The winner of the Carolyn Bailey Philanthropist of the Year Award was Ted & Wanda* Stanzel.
“For over 30 years Ted and Wanda have contributed to strengthening education, youth programs, and rural health. The Wanda Stanzel Memorial Scholarship has opened doors for more than 16 students, and their gift to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School secured its future for generations.”
This award is presented posthumously in honor of Carolyn Bailey, whose steadfast generosity and belief in the power of rural philanthropy helped shape the mission and growth of GFCF.

The winner of the Community Impact Award was Arts for Rural Texas
“Arts for Rural Texas brings free and lowcost arts education, performances, and community events to seven rural counties. Their efforts foster creativity, collaboration, and cultural enrichment for all ages.”
This award recognizes one organization making bold, collaborative, and innovative progress across the Greater Fayette region.
