La Grange Police Chief David Gilbreath reports on the following incidents his department responded to during the week of May 3-10.
On May 3, Officer Steven Haynie was dispatched to the 100 block of W. Pecan for an animal complaint.
Assault
On May 5, Officer John Wostarek was dispatched to the 100 block of S. Miller regarding
an assault.
Accident
On May 4, Officer Jeffrey Archerd responded to the 200 block of S. Madison regarding an accident.
Animal Complaint
On May 4, Archerd was dispatched to the 900 block of Mode Lane for an animal complaint.
Criminal Mischief
On May 7, Officer Brett Meinardus responded to the 400 block of E. Travis for possible criminal mischief on her vehicle.
Civil Matter
On May 10, Sgt. Mitchell Maxwell was dispatched to the 500 block of E. Guadalupe for a civil matter.
Child Pornography
On May 4, Officer Jose Garza attempted to return a phone call regarding child porn.
Citizen Assist
On May 4, Officer Adrian Ortiz made contact with a caller in the 300 block of Buckeye Trail for a public service call.
On May 8, Ortiz was dispatched to the 100 block of N. Washington regarding a citizen assist.
On May 10, Ortiz was dispatched to the 300 block of N. Horton for a citizen assist.
Disturbance
On May 8, Wostarek was dispatched to the 1900 block of W. State Hwy. 71 Business for a verbal disturbance.
Family Violence
On May 9, Ortiz was dispatched to the 300 block of N. Horton regarding family violence.
Foot Patrol
My 8, Ortiz checked the 100 block of N. Washington for foot patrol during the city movie night.
Harassment
On May 7, Garza responded to the 500 block of W. Lowerline in reference to harassment by kids.
Suspicious Person/Vehicle
On May 9, Ortiz was dispatched to the 900 block of E. Pearl in reference to a suspicious person.
