Kimberly Sapp Weds Sheldon Machinsky

Kimberly Dianne Sapp of Huntsville and Sheldon Lee Machinsky were married March 7, at the Sanctuary at Water Oak in Montgomery. Parents of the bride are Barbara and Allen D. Sapp of Huntsville and the groom is the son of Sandra and Edgar Machinsky of Columbus.

Anna Natasha Hegar and Todd Christopher Neal were married on May 9 at Monument Hill State Park in La Grange. Anna is the daughter of Dr. Rebecca L. Hegar of Arlington and La Grange, a Professor at UT-Arlington.

Record Travels on a French River Cruise

St. Frances of Rome Society

The Catholic Family Fraternal of Texas – K.J.Z.T. adopted a statewide Fraternal 100 Project that annually recognizes Status Societies. The State Office provided $100 to each 2014 Status Society and these 67 Societiesdonated this money to the charity of their choice. The purpose behind the Fraternal 100 Pro-ject is to promote fellowship. Members of St. Frances of Rome Society No. 31 of La Grange donated their $100 to the Texas Czech Heritage and Cultural Center (TCHCC) in La Grange on May 8. Delta Epsilon Students Read Children’s Books

Delta Epsilon Phi students Keisha Soto and Susana Maldonado read “Prinz Franz Total Verliebt” to 6th graders at the Intermediate School library. Every year, the Delta Epsilon Phi German Honor Society students, who among other requirements, must maintain an A average in all of their coursework in high school to be inducted, read German children’s books to Intermediate school students
