Lorene Jochen Gabler, 96, of Schulenburg, died Sept. 20, 2015, at Schulenburg Regency Nursing Center. She was born on April 22, 1919, to Alfred and Edna Warnken Jochen in Schulenburg. She was baptized on Nov. 2, 1919 and confirmed on Sept. 13, 1931 at Freyburg Methodist Church.

Born to Hungarian immigrants in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Marjorie Sentenac was a saucy gal with a heck of a sense of humor. Five foot two with (sparkling!) eyes of blue, she adored dancing, Clark Gable, and a day at the beach.

Binky (Albina) Malota, 82, of Shelby, formerly of Fayetteville, died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015. Born in Fayetteville on Sept. 13, 1933, she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
